I have fervently promoted aging folks on computers and the World Wide Web as one of the best means of maintaining a uplifted quality of life for our aging friends, notably in the field of memory improvement. I, myself, have a Facebook account and a variety of other social media accounts, as well. I monitor my Facebook page nearly every day because it helps me keep up with persons I know all over the globe.
